the artists (and I use that term loosely) who record this kind stuff have little to no actual talent.

Eh, talent is overrated. It's all about what sells - 'cause that's what pays the good people like you that work behind the scenes.

That said Vanessa Carlton, Natasha Bedingfield, and Demi Lovato are my favorite recording artists (in that order).

I bet it gets proper irritating listening to the same song on repeat for hours on end. But on the bright side, your not doing manual labor. (: Always look on the bright side. :D

Tasha,

Tell that to my fingers which are raw from hitting the same old keys over and over again on the computer to set up loops, punch points, timecode cues, etc. I shouldn't complain because there are worse things I could be doing but I don't want to do this for the rest of my life. The hours are very long. By the time Debby and I get married I want a career that allows me to spend more time with her.

Luis,

After you see "Radio Rebel" you'll understand. Debby is such a talented actress and she's going to have a l-o-n-g career. If she wants me to stay home and raise our children I'm okay with that.

Brody,

I'm okay with that . . . really. I kind of have visions of becoming a full-time investor in a few years. The trading day starts at 9:30 AM and it's over at 4:30. Of course there's work that needs to be done before and after those times but it would be a lot less hours than I'm putting in now and a lot more money.

Plus I wouldn't have to take any more crap from these artists some of whom have heads that are so swollen I'm shocked they can even fit through the studio door.

Hmm, being a day trader sounds good! You just have to be GOOD at it.

Arwin,
Man I know that feeling! But I am punching codes in and constantly have to re-write them and it gets to your brain after a while too haha. I get really boggle headed and googly eyed when I have finished coding a site.

Brody,

I don't believe in day trading. That term is thrown around quite often and I think some people may not know what it is. By definition a day trader buys a position in the morning and then MUST sell it the same day before the closing bell at 4:00 PM. There are people who claim they make money that way but I think that's crazy.

I have made as much as $10,000 in 2 days but that was with 3 trades and that is unusual for me. I normally like to buy good quality companies and hold them for at least a month or two, sometimes even a year. I consider myself an active trader but not a day trader.

Tasha,

I can totally understand that. I helped a friend of mine build a webstore a couple of years ago. I didn't hand code it, I did the layout using FrontPage and Dreamweaver and then I used a service for the shopping cart. Every "buy it now" button has to be coded with the SKU, description, and price and that has to be done from HTML screen. After a while it all starts to look the same. :?
